With acceptance comes freedom. But acceptance of what?
Feeling guilt to some degree is healthy, that might be the driver to positive change.
Acceptance of (unnecessary) everything leads to everything being set in stone and repetition of the same old note. And some sorts of repetition is nothing but decline.
Those things needs to be chosen carefully or needs to be monitored closely so that when there’s an error it can be made right.
Like everything, there’s a proper balance in this. Though we might never get it absolutely right, that should be the aim.
