Whether we whine or not makes a world of difference, of course. However, there is something that’s perhaps equally important. It’s kind of an obvious one, but we tend to underestimate the power of simplest things.

For how long do we whine? That’s the question, really.

Being a non-psychopathic human, our best bet is that we are going to be overwhelmed by things that are external, and even more by internal stuff. Plus, they intertwine, and there you are, farthest from feeling in control.

At that time, the only thing that’s left for you to do is keep going. Feeling well before starting a task is such a gamble. You rarely feel good before. It’s either afterwards we complete the task or are in the process of doing it.
