Tools for writing

13 kb’s. Or maybe more. That’s all a word document is. No fancy pieces of equipment. No wires or cables attached.

Even if it’s the same size and the same number of words as other people or from earlier times, you can still do a horrible job with your writing. The difference can be huge.

This is because, although you don’t need special equipment as, say, filmmakers or musicians, you need certain tools that are not tangible. Your vocabulary and grammar, sense of dialogue, and willingness, to tell the truth, are the crucial elements.
