You’re both the marble and the sculptor. You do need to constantly get rid of unnecessary parts in you. That’s all true and relatable.
It does not, however, mean that the product needs to be ready at all times. Voluntarily doing the work can go a long way.
Sometimes we get so insecure as to try to rid ourselves of every defect at once. In those times, we overlook the fact that redundancy kind of has some value. First and foremost, there is something to be worked on. Also, you can come up with a strategy to remove the unnecessary things, which helps you develop skills which, the sum of them, is probably more valuable than a product.
