Feedbacc

We react and give feedback according to our values and fears. Therefore, when we get feedback, it tells more about the person who’s giving it than it does about us. Then how come pursuing lots of positive feedback makes logical sense of which there are many? Because whatever you do, there will be people who will be displeased, and even if have not yet crossed paths with such people, there are people who would support you in such actions.

Rather, we could strive to get good at giving constructive feedback. That would require us to pay careful attention, consider different possibilities and find commonalities, of which there are many.
