Deception
We like to think that we know a thing or two about everything. But when asked, we end up muttering some vague words that’s loosely involved in that particular thing and that’s pretty much it.
What we might know is someone who understand the basics. Either that, or we confuse knowing with having heard about that thing.
And it’s not unusual to get arrogant when you don’t know. You probably have a story or two of you embarrassing yourself, not in front of people maybe, but embarrassment nevertheless. You go ahead and crack open the door, just to find out that your ignorance is at work. And the problem’s that there’s no limit to that shit. We’re basically some seven billion mortals that’s prone to be deceived, among other things, mainly by ourselves.
